The Industrial Project included major structural and fire upgrades to the existing 4 Storey building located in Tamworth to facilitate production growth which included sprinkler upgrades, dry fire upgrades, passive fire upgrades, construction of a new internal substation, laboratories and control rooms.
For any commercial construction company the major issues here was tight deadlines due to programmed commencement of overseas speciality trades as well as completing the works in and around a fully functional plant. Rice Construction Group were than successful in the bid for stage 2 works which involved structural upgrades and additions installations.
