Rice Construction Group played a key role in the restoration of the Murray Conservatorium in Albury, focusing on enhancing both the building’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. The project involved reroofing the historic structure, ensuring its long-term durability and protection.
In addition to these improvements, new lighting was installed to brighten and modernise the space, while a new stormwater system was implemented to efficiently manage water runoff. To further enhance the site, a garden bed and retaining wall were constructed, adding to the overall beauty and usability of the conservatorium grounds.
