This 1800m2 office development is situated in Peel Street, Tamworth. Team Design Australia were the Architects for this project with the assistance from Rice Construction Group Pty Ltd engaged as the Project Manager.
The challenge for our commercial building contractor was to build a tunnel to services the main sewerage system for the CBD, the tunnel runs ¾ of the way under the building.
