This new office development for Crowe Horwath in Inverell was completed under a Design & Construct contract. Rice Construction Group was responsible for finding and securing the site, design documentation, local authority approvals and construction. We worked in close communication with Crowe Horwath to ensure that the final outcome exceeded their expectations.
The construction of this modern office facility includes 10 individual offices, 5 meeting rooms, training rooms with breakout facilities, open plan office space for 30 workstations, outdoor breakout space including gardens for staff and a carpark with 20 car spaces. Overall we designed a facility with use-ability and function in mind for both customers and employees.
A beautifully constructed space that offers both recreational spaces for employees and productive workspaces. Client meeting rooms provide a great space for consultations and meetings. Located near the centre of Inverell this large block offered great building potential and we managed to utilise the entire block.
