Rice Construction Group was engaged to design and construct a 31-room motel as part of the Armidale Ex-Services Memorial Club, located on Dumaresq Street, Armidale, NSW. This project includes a range of modern amenities, such as a gymnasium, a ground-floor reception area, a welcoming waiting area, and a manager’s residence.
To ensure convenience and security for guests, the project also features an external secure car park with 34 spaces, providing direct and secure access to the nearby bicycle track and creek lands. The design seamlessly integrates with the existing club facilities, offering guests a comfortable and well-connected accommodation experience.
